Mr. Jain is a Certified Mediator and Negotiator, He has completed 45 Hours Training by Delhi High Court Mediation Centre' Madhyam.

Mr. Jain is Youngest Indian participant at United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Sessions. He participated in UNCITRAL working committee IV, as delegate on behalf of All India Bar Association. 

Mr. Jain has researched on Model BIT of India, along-with critical analysis of Foreign investment protection Regime and have also worked on suggestions for the same, as a part of his Dissertation during final semester of Law. 

Mr Jain is an Expert for various legal traits, his expertise includes Cross Border Insolvency laws, Foreign Investment Laws, Alternative to Dispute Resolution, Mediation, International Commercial Arbitration, Excise and Customs laws, Immigration Laws, International Tax Waivers under Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAAs), Supreme Court and High Court Litigations, Corporate Laws etc. 

Mr. Jain has worked with Sr. Adv. Mr. Kapil Sibal. He has worked at Roopanwal & Co. with Sr. Adv. Justice (Retd.) A.K. Roopanwal, Adv. Ankit Roopanwal, for 5 years. 

Mr. Jain is founder of Quality Guiders, an organization working for guidance on Hospital Quality and Implementation of several available National and International Hospital Quality Standards. He is also Co-Founder of Legalizers (A start-up for Budding Lawyers).
