Vishrut Jain is a passionate advocate and an insolvency professional with a deep expertise in insolvency and bankruptcy law. He holds an LLM in International Comparative Law and has completed his Post Graduate Insolvency Programme (PGIP) from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, along with a BALLB (H) from Amity Law School, Delhi. 

As a certified mediator, Vishrut has undergone a rigorous 45-hour training course from Samadhan - Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. He is an active member of several prestigious international and national associations, including the International Bar Association (IBA), INSOL International, and the American Bar Association (ABA). Vishrut has participated as observer on behalf of the All India Bar Association as a delegate at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) sessions, participating in the working committee on insolvency law. His research and writing on the Model BIT of India and the foreign investment protection regime were part of his dissertation. 

With extensive expertise as a legal experts in cross border insolvency law, foreign investment law, alternative dispute resolution, and international commercial arbitration, Vishrut has worked alongside various senior advocates and has successfully handled litigations at both the Supreme Court and High Court levels. He is also the founder of Vishrut and Associates, a firm dedicated to providing top-tier legal services in these domains.
